What to do if there is no stock of the CYCLO product I want?

To be the first to know as soon as it is available again, you have to write your email in the notification box that appears next to the product for which there is no stock. We will send you an email as soon as we replenish.

When a pack is out of stock it is because we are missing one of the products (and it is indicated when viewing the pack). You must look for that product in our store and write your email in the box that we mentioned to receive a notification as soon as it is available. The safest thing is that the replacement of that product implies that we have the Pack again;)

Are your products vegan?

None of our products are tested on animals or contain products of animal origin, with the exception of CYCLO CBD balm which contains honey.

In addition, the CYCLO waterproof toiletry bag is vegan certified by the PETA organization. Therefore, it is completely vegan and we have made sure to avoid that in the manufacturing process any animal was used to experiment:

Are your products sustainable and recyclable?

Yes! We work hard to be sustainable, our products are reusable, and orders are shipped in recycled, plastic-free cardboard boxes.

Where are CYCLO products manufactured?

Most of our products are made in Spain or neighboring countries, betting on fair and local trade. You can read more about where each one is manufactured in its file, in our online store.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This will depend on both the selected courier and the place of destination and time when you placed the order:

National shipments

Correos Express: your order will arrive between 24 and 48 hours after leaving our facilities. The shipping cost within the Peninsula is € 4 and to the Balearic Islands € 8. This service does not require plastic bags. In addition, you can contact Correos Express by responding to the email that will arrive with your pager as soon as they collect your package. Through this route it is possible to request the modification of the address (same province), agree on a delivery time slot or request collection at a post office. With this service, other people such as your doorman or a family member can pick up your order, as long as they sign the delivery receipt. Correos Express makes at least two delivery attempts, in the event of having been absent on both occasions, there is the possibility of arranging a third delivery or picking it up at a Post Office.

DHL Express: your order will arrive between 24 and 48 hours after leaving our facilities. The shipping cost within the Peninsula is € 7 and to the Balearic Islands € 8.50. This premium service does not use plastic bags and you can also contact DHL in the email that will arrive with your locator as soon as they collect your package, your package. Through this route it is possible to choose the delivery time slot, leave it with a neighbor if you are not there, storage during vacations, request to leave it at a collection point, change the shipping address or request another delivery day.

Orders placed after 12:00 on a business day will leave the facilities the next business day. If you place your order on a weekend, a public holiday or a day when we are closing, the order will leave our facilities the next business day.

In the Christmas period and sales, delivery times may be longer due to the high volume of shipments. This depends solely on the logistics company and CYCLO is not responsible.

We reserve the right to modify the delivery conditions in the event of holidays, team vacations or special campaigns. In these cases, the client will always be notified in advance.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made through the Post Office at a cost of € 9.50.

Delivery times are variable due to the special tax conditions of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We will contact you at all times to provide you with the tracking number.

Pick up in Madrid

We offer the option of Pick up in Madrid. Only for those clients who choose to pick it up at our Madrid office, by hand.

Once the order is prepared, an email will be sent to the client indicating that the order is ready for collection.

How do I know if you are shipping to my country?

We currently ship to all of Spain (including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the European Union.

We continue working to be able to ship to the rest of the world, but given the nature of our products it is complicated.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange or return of our products is only allowed in the event that there is any defect, with the exception of the CYCLO menstrual cup, which includes an adaptation Guarantee.

CYCLO menstrual cup

If after at least 3 test cycles following our size, use and care recommendations you do not feel comfortable with the size of your CYCLO cup, you have a lot of leakage or feel pain when inserting or removing it, we will change it for another of the size you need (S, M, L). Of course, the second glass will not have a guarantee.

The form does NOT have to be filled in at the time of purchase, but it should only be done if at least 3 cycles of unsatisfactory use have passed. Remember that at that time you can write to ayuda@ilovecyclo.com requesting tips or tricks for use;)

Cloth pads

If there is any tare in the cloth pads, contact us through our form indicating the order number, the product and photos where the tare can be seen.

We only accept change for tare in a period of 3 months after the purchase of the pads.

CYCLO SOSTENIBLE S.L will contact you as soon as possible indicating the protocol to follow for the change if deemed appropriate.

Menstrual panties

CYCLO SOSTENIBLE S.L. It is not responsible for malfunctions or defects in the COCORO brand menstrual panties product.

However, CYCLO will act as an intermediary between COCORO and the affected customer to expedite the return process.

Depending on the tare, COCORO may ask for up to 3 months of product use before accepting your return to check if there really is a tare. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

CYCLO heat thermal bag

If there is any tare in the thermal bag, contact us through our form indicating the order number and photo where the tare can be seen.

We only accept change for tare in a period of 3 months after the purchase of the bag.

CYCLO SOSTENIBLE S.L. will contact you as soon as possible indicating the protocol to follow for the change if deemed appropriate.

Payment Methods

What payment method do you have available?

You can pay for your CYCLO order through credit card, Paypal or Viabill.

Where do I apply my discount code?

You can enter the discount code both on the cart page and throughout the checkout process. During checkout you will see the field to enter it in the right column (if you are from a computer) or below the entire checkout process (if you are from a mobile device).

Orders

I would like to modify / cancel my order, how can I do it?

If you want to make any changes you can fill in our contact form indicating your order number, the changes you want to make and selecting the subject "order". These changes are possible only before the shipment of the package, which will leave our offices from 12:00 on the first business day since you made the purchase.

I was making a purchase and I got an error message, how do I know if the transaction has been completed?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, it means that the order has not been made. This error may be due to a problem with the payment method or the shipping address. To make sure, check all the data before confirming the purchase.

If, despite not having received the confirmation email, the charge has been made, please send us an email to ayuda@ilovecyclo.com and we will contact you to solve the problem.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email from the courier providing you with the locator. Please, if you don't see it, check your junk mail boxes. In that email you also have the contact of the courier, in case you need to write to them for any reason.

I have placed an order with collection at the CYCLO office, when can I pick it up?

We will send you to the email with which you registered the purchase a message advising that the order is ready for collection.
