National shipping

We offer three different shipping options to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands:

  • DHL Express: your order will arrive between 24 and 48 hours after leaving our premises. The shipping cost within the Peninsula is € 7 and to the Balearic Islands € 8.50. This premium service does not use plastic bags and it also allows you to choose your most convenient delivery time; a neighbor can receive the package for you if you are not home; it can be stored during vacations; you can request to pick it up at a collection point, change the shipping address or request a different delivery day.

  • Correos Express: your order will arrive between 24 and 48 hours after leaving our premises. The shipping cost within the Peninsula is € 4 and to the Balearic Islands, € 8. This service does not require plastic bags. In addition, it allows you to modify the delivery schedule, change the address (within the same province) and pick up at a post office. With this service, other people such as your doorman or a family member can pick up your order, as long as they sign the delivery receipt. Correos Express goes to your chosen address twice. If no one answers both times, you can arrange a third delivery date or pick it up at a Post Office.
  • Envialia: your order will arrive between 24 and 72 hours after leaving our premises if you live within the peninsula.  The shipping cost within the Peninsula is € 4 and to the Balearic Islands, € 8. This service does not use plastic bags and does not allow you to change the delivery time. Changing address outside the Envialia agency area corresponding to the delivery address initially provided is not allowed. If you want your doorman to receive the package, you have to indicate it under "order observations."  Envialia goes to your chosen delivery address twice. If you are not home, you can go pick up your package to your closest Envialia agency. If the package is not picked up in the corresponding Envialia office, the client will have to pay the additional cost for a third delivery, including delivery time and/or change of address. CYCLO is not responsible for Envialia's proceedings after two delivery attempts, but will always mediate between agency and client to guarantee the best possible experience. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on a business day will leave our premises on the following business day. If you place your order during a weekend, public holiday or a day when we are closed, the order will leave our premises on the following business day.

During Christmas and sales, delivery times may be longer due to a higher volume of shipments. This depends solely on the logistics company and CYCLO is not responsible.

We reserve the right to change the delivery conditions in case of public holidays, staff vacations or special campaigns. In these cases, the client will always be notified in advance.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

Shipping to Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla are carried out by Correos with a cost of € 8.50.

Delivery times may vary due to special tax conditions of Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. We will contact you at all times to provide you with the tracking number.

Pick-up point in Madrid

You also have the option of our Pick-up point in Madrid. Only for those clients who choose to pick it up in Madrid.

Once the order is ready, an email will be sent to the client indicating that the order is ready to pick up.

In the event that someone comes to pick it up for the client, it is necessary to send an email with data of the authorized person to info@ilovecyclo.com  

The office is only a pick-up point, any questions or queries, please contact CYCLO. 

In the case of customers outside Madrid who have requested pick-up in Madrid by mistake, they will receive an email with instructions to pay for the shipping costs. The order will not be sent until the total shipping cost is paid.

International Shipping

European Union

Currently, we only ship to member countries of the European Union. *:

  • DHL Express: estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours with a cost of € 10.50. All prices include 10 or 21% VAT current in Spain.

General terms of delivery service

Once the order leaves our premises, CYCLO Menstruación Sostenible is not responsible for the dialogue between the logistics company and the customer. However, CYCLO SOSTENIBLE SL will always try to mediate between them if there is any problem with the shipment.

Envialia

  • In the event that the customer has placed their order through Envialia, there are several conditions to consider: Envialia tries to deliver the package twice. If the delivery could not be made, the client will have to pick it up at the nearest Envialia agency, where the package will remain for up to 7 days. After 7 days, if the package has not been collected, Envialia will return it to the offices of CYCLO Sostenible SL. In this case, the client must pay for the new shipping costs through cash on delivery.
  • If the customer has not placed the address correctly at the time of purchase or decides to change the delivery address once their order leaves our premises, the cost of changing the address will be paid by the customer, cash on delivery.

DHL and Correos Express

In the event that the customer has placed their order through DHL or Correos Express, and if the company returned it because the storage time established between DHL or Correos Express and the customer has been expired, the client must pay for the new shipping cost through cash on delivery.

Error when ordering

In the event that the client makes a mistake when placing the order, such as incorrect size or quantity, they can send us an email immediately after placing the order so that our team manages the change before the order has left our premises.

If we do not receive a notification immediately afterward and if the order has left our premises, the responsibility lies entirely with the client and CYCLO SOSTENIBLE SL will not be held responsible for any return, refund or exchange.

Returns and exchange

Exchange or return of our products is only allowed in case of being defective.

Currently, we do not manage any return of our products from social media, so if this is your case, we would appreciate it if you could send us an email to   info@ilovecyclo.com or directly through our website.

Cloth pads

If cloth pads are defective, contact us through our e-mail info@ilovecyclo.com indicating order number, product, and photos where we can see the defect/fault.

We only accept defective exchanges within a period of 3 months after the purchase of cloth pads.

CYCLO SOSTENIBLE SL will contact you as soon as possible indicating the protocol to follow for the exchange in case it is considered appropriate.

Menstrual Panties

CYCLO SOSTENIBLE SL is not responsible for errors in the operation or defects of the product COCORO menstrual panties.

However, CYCLO will act as an intermediary between COCORO and the affected client to expedite the return process.

Depending on the defect, COCORO can request up to about 3 months of product use before accepting its return to check if there is actually a defect. Please keep that in mind when placing your order.

CYCLO heat packs

If heat packs are defective, contact us through our email info@ilovecyclo.com  indicating order number, product, and photos where we can see the defect/fault.

We only accept defective exchanges within a period of 3 months after the purchase of heat packs.

CYCLO SOSTENIBLE SL will contact you as soon as possible indicating the protocol to follow for the exchange in case it is considered appropriate.
